VIP Electrical hosted an Office of the Technical Regulator (OTR) Wiring Rules seminar in March. The purpose of the seminar was to provide electricians with information on the revised ETSA Utilities Service & Installation Rules (with July and December 2008 amendments) in addition to the amendments to the AS 3000:2007 Wiring Rules.
